Booking your own flights gives you the flexibility to choose your preferred flight plan, airline and special travel arrangements. You may book your flights through any airline or flight booking platform. Once you have booked your flights, please upload your full flight itinerary including departure airport, all connections, arrival airport, dates, times and flight numbers, so that we can arrange your airport transfers. To receive a receipt of your submission, include your email address.
Airport transfers are included in the program fee and arranged by GVE on your scheduled arrival and departure dates. Please book your flights to arrive and depart between the hours of 7am-7pm. If you require alternative arrival or departure dates or times, contact info@globalvetexperience.com to request a special airport transfer (additional fees may apply).
